Without doubt we can say that the property market during the last couple of years has seen a very healthy growth after the bleak years between 1990-1996. If it kept pace with the increase of property prices in England is hard to say. At the moment of writing-revising this (November 2004) it seems that the property market here has stabilised, and I believe the same is happening at home (UK). The Portuguese middle and upper market in fact has shown the last 6 months of 2002, as well as in 2993 and 2005 a drop in volume.
